The property was clean and well presented. The room was comfortable and perfectly for our family of 5, with tea and coffee and a TV. Owner was friendly and cooked us a superb breakfast as well as having cereal and toast on offer. Overall great stay!

The location. The Cleanliness. A positive helpful.presence .

Tiffany 10.0

Absolutely spotless. Quality furnishings , obviously a well cared for hotel . Owner has put his heart and soul into making a quality hotel. Warm and the most comfortable bed. I was on my own as a single young woman attending a driving course. The owner would ask if there was anything I needed even when he went to the shops . I felt safe and cared for which put my parents mind at rest as I had no knowledge of the area.

Julian 9.0

The room was small but had everything I needed, including a good sized tv, tea and coffee, USB sockets etc. The shower was very good. It was spotlessly clean throughout. The cooked breakfast was quite small but well cooked and tasty. It's close to the seafront with a bus stop nearby, and about 20 minutes' walk from the Tower.

Simon was very welcoming and greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our room straight away. He even offered us a parking space out the back should we have needed it. The room had all the facilities we needed and everything was colour coordinated too which we thought was a lovely touch. Breakfast was perfect and ended the weekend perfectly. Thank you :)
