Belgrave Road is perfect for easy access to either the bay or the town
Great hotel for the price, kept in touch with texts, before, during and after our stay.
All good. Value for money. Would be back I ever want to come back to area. Thanks
Room was clean tidy Bathroom clean and tidy Easy access to the beach and seafront
Beautifully decorated in every detail. Amanda is super friendly and made us feel at home.
I did not have breakfast. The location was excellent with just a short walk from the train station, the seafront, the harbour & the main shopping area. There was also an excellent sports pub only about 100 yards away. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean & the shower was very good. You could also have as much tea & coffee to drink in the room as you wanted. Also they sent me a text to say that the room was ready & I could check in 3 hours early. I intend to book to go there again sometime next year.
The host is so nice and responsive. I especially like the webpage developed by the owner that enlists all the details you need during your trip in Torquay. And the location is so good. The cleanliness is unexpectedly good.
The room is lovely, staff was really friendly and they let our 2 dogs stay with us. I loved that they had a drinks fridge in the lounge so I could help yourself instead of walking to the shop ❤️ and the dogs loved looking out the window to watch the world go by ❤️
The facilities were lovely and clean, the room was well lit and spacious and all amenities worked well! Staff were very friendly also and ensured we were settled and could get in touch if needed!
The location was perfect for our trip.
Very clean and comfortable. Welcoming host, great communication. Great location for all amenities.
The hosts were fantastic, the communication with them was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good location, clean, facilities in the room and also available at a central point (iron, additional coffee/tea facilities, toiletries etc..) were good. Honesty bar was a nice touch in a relaxed lounge area. Extremely dog friendly. Hassle free check in and out. Although parking is not available on site there is plenty of parking nearby. Would definitely book to stay here again.
Good sized room, well furnished. Excellent facilities-ample drinks and replenishment. Clean and tidy. Breakfast room/lounge was very well decorated, with great selection of games, books, information, and snacks. Great location within walking distance of seafront and amenities/attractions. Hosts were very friendly.
The decor was beautiful done. The breakfast area loved all wall art and the shells and glass in the cabinet.
Communication throughout was fantastic! Spotlessy clean (believe me, I check!) and had everything you could possibly need for a long weekend away. Was like home from home! Lovely little touches as well.. my husband had a brownie every time he walked in and out! Pleased we booked this place. Thank you both ☺️
Decor was lovely in the room! Comfy bed and the room had a tv and a fan which was very useful!
Beautiful old building which had a lot of character
Hassle free check in, very comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean and well presented. Amanda and Dan are just like friends you haven't visited in a long time. Everything was in a short walking distance.
Hosts were great, nice clean well decorated room . Felt safe and belongings secure in the room.
