Чисто, уютно, тепло, в номере чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, фен, можно заказать завтрак, чистая ванная комната, хороший напор воды в душе, хорошее месторасположение, пешком до центра города 20-25 мин , рядом автобусная остановка , в 3 минутах ходьбы остановка трамвая до аэропорта.Тёплый приём собственника квартиры 😊

All was perfect : great location near the Tram stop (15min from the city center), modern and clean bathroom , well provide with all you need (tissues, towels, shower gel, handsoap, shower cap). The bed is very confortable and the guest house is calm. You have coffee and tea in the bedroom. And a big bonus is that you can check-in from 12h.

Location was perfect, away from busy traffic but close enough to walk to town or to leigh,decent size room,our host,David was excellent, willing to sit and chat ,gave good advice and recommendations, breakfast was very good,lovely clean period house.

The host was very welcoming and friendly and was laid back in a pleasant way. Over breakfast he told us about Edinburgh's history and places of interest. Breakfast was good (fruits, toast, cheese, marmalade, cereals, and great filter coffee) and more than enough, but as continental Europeans we do miss our 'freshly baked' small bread. Nevertheless we feel that we had a good, substantional start of the day!

주인분이 1층에 계시고 우리는 2층 방을 사용하는 구조입니다. 민박형태인데 방이 아주 깨끗하고 정리가 잘 되어 있었어요. 화장실이 특히나 깨끗하고 세련됨. 집 자체는 오래된 집인데 리모델링을 최근에했는지 청결함이 마음에 들었습니다. 화장실 청소도 매일 깨끗이해주시고 어메니티 리필해주심. 열쇠를 깜빡하고 방 안에 두고 나왔을때 새벽이었는데도 나와서 친절하게 열어주셨습니다. 너무 감사했어요.
