The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and willing to help. We were even given a free room upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! The location is great – close to both the metro and bus stops, so it’s easy to get around. The room and bathroom are not very big, but everything is clean and comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming – it really feels like home, with such positive energy. 😊 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy place with wonderful staff!

Value for money aspect was very important issue in this stay. I can not say that it was superb accommodation, since it is low price hotel, but it is dissent, on good location and with very helpful and polite staff.

I stayed at this fantastic hotel for approximately a week, and it surpassed my expectations, particularly in terms of the staff. I've never encountered such genuinely nice and friendly hotel individuals before. A big thank you to The Milltown Sisli staff. The breakfast was excellent, and the view from the sixth floor during breakfast was very nice. I also enjoyed going up in the evening to the sixth floor, indulging in complimentary hot drinks while enjoying the beauty of Istanbul. The location is ideal, situated on a quiet street near a shopping area and just one metro station away from Taksim Square.
