Location was ideal
Plenty of parking. Reasonable size room. Close to railway station
The Parks is a beautiful historical building very close to the seafront and train station. There was a great amount of parking outside. Room 4 is a twin with the bonus of a sofa, ideal after a long day. The whole property was spotless, the beds were comfortable & the continental breakfast was lovely. Thank you to the host, we would definitely stay again.
Very clean & quiet, lovely fresh continental breakfast, comfortable, good value for money.

Great location friendly staff.
Lovely quiet location in the centre of Torquay. Great room, comfy large bed.
Very clean, plenty for breakfast choices. Your left alone too. Great parking. Hosts helpful.
Breakfast was continental type, no cooked breakfast but we knew this when we booked. Large room, very comfy bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. Fridge on the landing outside which was a bonus.
Really good .
The red bricked classy period house .. we had a large bedroom suite with a sofa to sit on.. the King bed had exceptional quality sheet and doona cover and comfy pillows was perfect to sleep with my adult daughter.. another good size single bed too. We loved our room! It also had a small fridge to put our drinks in which is rare ! A great thing and plenty of chest of drawers to put our clothes away ! Breakfast had hot rolls, cheese and ham, yoghurt and toast with juices! We will return it was a great place to stay with a short walk to the CBD !
The location was great and to have safe free parking a massive bonus. The breakfast was buffet style continental and high quality foods such as fresh bread, ham and cheese along with juices and tea/coffee readily available. The weather was nice so you could also have breakfast outside on the patio which was a bonus, especially if you had a dog which I did. The place was also very dog friendly and the owners made me feel very welcome.
Breakfast was fine,
Everything
Very comfortable, close to the seafront, train station and bus routes. 10 minutes walk into town.
The location was good, there was ample parking. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. The hosts were friendly and attentive. The bedroom, a double was spacious with a view overlooking a park. The bathroom is spacious and bright. Both rooms are clean and tidy. A kettle and refreshment provided. All facilities worked well. I enjoyed my stay.
