was here for the fifth time now and it was great again. Very friendly staff also at breakfast. The breakfast was good and you can choose anything from the menu. rooms clean and spacious enough. location is great. you can reach the old town in 10 minutes by foot. We will definitely come back again.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is located in a very central, however kind of secluded area, which is a huge bonus. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee places, grocery stores and 2 shopping centers near the hotel. Calton Hill is literally in the back yard, approximately 7 min from the main railway station and the buses from the airport. Main sightseeing attractions are in a walkable distance. The room was much bigger than expected and we had coffee/tea station with kettle and mini fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel and for sure, if we are back, we will stay again here.

Welcoming, friendly staff on arrival showed us to our room. Comfortable beds in a beautifully decorated room. Modern bathroom with great shower. Everything clean and well presented. Great location within easy walking distance of Waverley station, yet so quiet and peaceful. Good range of choices for breakfast.

Location was in a great part of New Town - really convenient location to the train station, and if you don't mind stairs and hills, a pretty convenient location for Old Town and the Royal Mile. Most of the staff were very friendly, and amenities were great! Very clean and cute rooms, and it was great having a mini fridge!
