Everything Tracy and Jason were wonderful really made our stay. All the finishing touches like homemade shortbread in the room and the home made items around the house.

The best place I have ever stayed ❤️ First of all, I am deeply grateful to the hosts. They are incredibly warm and kind people, always nearby and ready to help with anything. I didn’t feel like just a guest renting a room — it felt as if I had come to visit family. Their care and sincerity made my trip truly special. In the mornings, the hosts cooked breakfast — I didn’t always manage to wake up in time, but the smell of fresh pancakes filling the house made every morning feel wonderfully homely. The house itself is very cosy and beautiful. In the courtyard, there is a small fountain, flowers and a peaceful atmosphere. My room felt not like a hotel room, but like a cosy space made “with love for themselves,” yet with fresh renovation and new furniture: lots of decorative details, plenty of storage, soft warm lighting, a huge comfortable bed with perfectly clean sheets and a beautiful large mirror. The view from the window was stunning. There was a kettle in the room, lots of tea and coffee, delicious biscuits and sweets as a complimentary welcome — and even a small Halloween gift, which was incredibly touching! 🥲😍 The location is perfect. I came for the Tomorrow Whitby Festival — it was only a 5-minute walk to the main pavilion and around 3 minutes to the Royal Hotel. The town centre, shops, cafés, the seafront, the Abbey and all the landmarks were just a short walk away. The area around the house is full of historic streets, churches and the true atmosphere of Whitby. This is one of the warmest and cosiest places I have ever stayed. I sincerely recommend it and thank the hosts from the bottom of my heart. They are the best hosts I have ever

Gorgeous house, in a very nice and quiet area. Great shower, the bed was like a dream! Ask about stairs, but it was not a problem for us, anyway.

Tracey and Jason went out of their way to ensure that I had all I needed as a vegan - in my room and for breakfast. They were very friendly and helpful - helping me dry my swimming kit and also mending my broken shoes! Location-wise it was perfect - a very short walk to the sea front and the town. My room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable

Tracey and Jason are the perfect hosts. They are warm and welcoming, and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is a real break away. I booked in for the three nights and stayed for four as I felt so looked after. Breakfast time is a real pleasure, with breakfast cooked to your own requirements. I'm Vegan and this was no trouble for them with vegetarian options too. Generous portions and cooked to a high standard. Real coffee was a great pick me up for the morning, before setting out. Rooms and communal areas are decorated and cleaned to a high standard and beds are incredibly comfy for a good nights sleep. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided in the rooms, and for myself requesting oat milk for my room was no problem. Tracey also went to the trouble of finding me some vegan oat biscuits. Location is also perfect, 5 mins walk to the Pavilion and 5mins walk to the town and harbour. I would highly recommend this B&B. You will feel rejuvenated and well looked after by your hosts.
