Beautiful small boutique hotel, great location, friendly staff would definitely stay again!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Location was great - close to everything.
Stunning decor, very clean, very well kitted out. Overall stunning accommodation
The location. The comfort, space and decor of the room. The view from our room :) Friendly staff. The small touches like the selection of teas, fresh milk in the bar fridge, the chocolates, the speaker.
Breakfast was fabulous. . As an English man 1st time trying haggis and loved it!!!
Location fantastic, staff so welcoming, room interiors stunning.
The room, the staff and oh my goodness the food at the Kyloe, some of the best we've ever had. And what a superb location, with stunning views.
Lovely large apartments
Great room. In fact great hotel all round. Clean and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good although it would be nice to have the option of fruit or cereal as well as a cooked breakfast. Getting 20% off the price of drinks in the separate cellar bar was a nice touch.
Great location Fantastic breakfast Friendly and helpful staff Clean facilities On site gym Spacious room with view of castle Nice shower pressure with plenty of hot water Quick and easy check out
Exceptional room and property with restaurant attached.

Location excellent, food-vegetarian burger bst I’ve tasted, suite excellent and all staff were exceptional.
Very central location. Comfortable, clean, well equipped double room.
Good
Superb location and superb experience throughout. Upon arrival we were greeted with a free room upgrade to a one bedroom apartment. This apartment was gorgeous, huge and super vibey. The staff were most helpful, polite, offered fantastic recommendations and the location was ideal as a Homebase to explore Edinburgh for a few days. 10/10 would recommend!
Staff were wonderful, so helpful and kind. The location was fantastic and the hotel is lovely and clean. Surprisingly quiet considering it is located so central with a busy road near it.
Location was amazing and the room was absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
I got upgraded to a one bedroom - it was one of the best hotels apartment experiences I’ve had. The fireplace was awesome and I slept more comfortably than I have in a while. The location was central to all of the tourist attractions and everything I wanted to see. If I come back to Edinburgh I will stay here again 10/10 *****!
It was an amazing apartment with the benefit of being linked to the Rutland Hotel. Cleaning was carried out every day. The appliances were all high end products.
