The location was very close to the bus into Edinburgh. Good breakfast spot close by as we.The grounds were beautiful and our room was cozy and warm. Margaret, our host, was friendly and helpful.

Very home from home , quirky and Scottish but really lovely very calm and peaceful. Margaret was a perfect host . The location was perfect for popping on and off the bus wherever you needed to go . The bus service amazing coming from someone who drives everywhere my husband and myself couldn’t fault the bus service. Perfect guest house with a beautiful garden .
