The location is great, right next to the Galata tower and a shopping street. We had a room with balcony, which was spacious and pleasant to spend time on. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very helpful.

Bed was super comfortable! Shower was great, really good water pressure. Location was unmatched - right next to Galeta tower, easy walking distance to various modes of transport. Mohammed - night receptionist was super friendly and helpful, check in process was quick & simple, wifi was fast with no issues. Right next to lots of shops for drinks/souvenirs/snacks etc. elevator working well.

My wife and I enjoyed the spacious room with a great view and the hotel’s location. The day staff were friendly, but the night staff were unhelpful when our AC broke on two separate nights. We were told nothing could be done until 9 AM, which left us unable to sleep and disrupted our plans the next day.

Great location, very close to the Galata tower. The neighborhood had really cute streets with shops, restaurants and boutiques. The check in was easy even though we arrived past midnight. The hotel staff was helpful and available at all times.
