The location is a bit noisy - six lanes of motorway outside and this needs some remedy in the rooms at lower levels. I liked the interaction with Ahmed at the front desk. The maître d’ in the night we dined in sorted out the loud guest have a public video phone conversation swiftly.

The staff was super helpful. They helped for everything needed. They even upgraded my room as a gesture. It was super clean and comfortable. The utilities were all new. The breakfast was considerably good. The location is amazing, just 5 mins from Karantina tram station.
