Incredible stay amazing atmosphere the hotel was so clean and no-one could do enough for you .... the thermal spa was so worth it!
The unique building itself
Stunning interiors of the whole hotel. The bedrooms are huge with everything you need and more. A lovely touch was a bottle of wine chilling on our arrival. The bathroom was spacious with his and her sinks, a power shower and gorgeous bath. The titanic theme through was a wonderful touch. The restaurant was fabulous, amazing choice and quality of food and lovely atmosphere. The staff were amazing from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. Parking was good and affordable at £10.
Gorgous room, very surprised with the size and layout it was much bigger and even better than on the photos! Great value for money. It is slightly out of the centre but ordering ubers was very easy and low cost anyway so we didn't mind. We paid an extra £20 pp on arrival to access the spa on the hotel grounds, it was gorgeous too and very quiet exactly what we wanted. Highly reccomend for a romantic night away.

It was just authentic. The staff were lovely and friendly.
Stayed here for herstory - One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I was lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade and the room honestly felt more like a beautiful mini apartment than a hotel room. Spacious, thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was unreal having both a separate bath and shower made it feel extra luxurious and everything was spotless. The attention to detail throughout the room really stood out and made the stay feel special. And also has ESPA! Such an amazing touch! Thank you for everything can’t wait to return
Spacious room, industrial-chic, great location, wonderful spa, excellent choice of rums, and decent breakfast
