This is an exceptional hotel. It’s situated in a quiet no traffic street and it was a lovely calm oasis to come back to after exploring busy Istanbul. Our room was very large with a sofa area and full size bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The breakfast was amazing - a selection of small plates was presented to us every morning as well as a self service section with breads, pastries, fruit and yogurt. We were also offered a hot egg dish each day as well as fresh orange juice and coffee. We didn’t need lunch ! We also had an evening meal at Nicole restaurant which deserves its Michelin star - I’m surprised it only has one star as it was incredible - thoroughly recommend for a treat.

The breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve had ever, beating out top hotels in Asia. The service was amazing and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the stay. Additionally, the rooms were large, sparkling clean and the bathroom was the highlight of the room for sure.

Because of the ongoing construction, the breakfast buffet was not available to guests. Instead, they provided a beautiful breakfast spread that they brought to our room. The staff is very attentive. They were responsive and thoughtful with our requests.

The hotel was small and intimate - only 18 rooms! The location of the property was fantastic! We were away from the bustle of the old town, but it was easily accessible by public transport. The Tom Tom neighborhood was very accessible to fantastic restaurants, shopping…

Room, bed, service, staff and breakfast were top rate.

The hotel had an excellent location: 2-5 min walk from the best restaurants and touristy spots in Galata as well as to the tram that took us to Sultanahmet (in ~ 15 min). It was also very quiet at night because it was on the same street as the italian embassy and the street was blocked off to traffic. The room was very large and comfortable with great fluffy towels and robes. There was also a wonderful tub that was pure luxury after long walking days. The hotel also arranged for private guided tours and a yacht Bosphorus cruise for us, which were amazing! Highly recommended.

The property was clean and the location was great and very easy to get around Istanbul. The team at TomTom were exceptional nothing was too much of an ask. They helped booked taxis, restaurants and whenever we need assistance they were there to help. The terrace was closed for breakfast and the breakfast team always went above and beyond to deliver our breakfast to the room with a smile. I would definitely stay here again. In fact all my friends felt the same. Bonus we all got upgraded that’s was a great surprise. Concierge also arranged for the most exquisite cake for my friends birthday ! These little touches made our trip.

Suite was spacious, clean and with a very confortable and large bed. I really liked the paitings decorating the hotel and room. Staff was helpful and spoke very good english which is very rare in Istanbul. Although restaurant was closed due to renovations, they provided breakfast delivered to the room with high variety of products all of them high quality.

Beautiful historic building on a quiet yet central street. The suite was very spacious with top notch in-room facilities, especially a great bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful view over the Golden Horn and Bosphorus.

Honestly one of the most comfortable stays we’ve had during our Turkey trip. The room is spacious, quiet, classy, clean and comfortable. Great hospitality from the staff. Great breakfast. Location is also convenient, close to most places. We were informed of the controlled traffic of the street where the hotel is located so it didn’t come as a surprise - it’s a slope, so be prepared to push your suitcases uphill or downhill in order to get to the main road where taxi can wait. Definitely not a long walk and not a steep slope. We will want to choose here if we visit Istanbul again! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved everything about this stunning accommodation. It was extremely clean, very close to all big landmarks, but still in a very quiet spot. Breakfast was so fresh and absolutely delicious. And everyone working in the hotel was so friendly and helpful. It's definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed so far on our holidays.

TOMTOM = Turkish Delight!!!

It was absolutely great. The location was perfect, as all sites were easily accessible. The tram (T1) is less than 10 min away and takes you to all sites you cannot reach on foot. It is a quiet and comfi oasis with few rooms in the middle of the craziness - a place to recharge. We stayed with two small kids and the staff did everything to make the stay memorable for them.
