Guest Reviews
The hotel is very well located for sightseeing. Literally all the main sights are within a 5-10 min walk. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Th reception staff particularly Very helpful in booking a guide and giving directions . Restaurant food is very good quality compared to the many restaurants in the area. Nice atmosphere and great view.
The rooms were small but very clean and tidy. The staff, Birol and his team were so friendly and made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was a local variety of cheeses, bread and pastries. Eggs were available cooked to your preference. Once again, the staff were fabulous in the restaurant.
Excellent, helpful staff, fantastic location ( withing walking distance of all attractions) good , varied turkish breakfast served on the table by waiters. The bed and bathroom were of an exellent standard.
The staff were very helpful and nice. Room was clean and comfortable.
Small room. Some issues with bedsheet A being stained but great hotel with cute rooms and comfortable bed and pillow.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and also really good value compared to the nearby tourist restaurants. The rooms were really comfortable and spacious. What a great stay!
The staff was super helpful. I had asked them to organise a surprise for my girlfriend with balloons decoration and flowers. They managed to do it perfectly well!!!
Great location, quiet and staff went above and beyond
I liked everything. The location is convenient, particularly for the main sights in Sultanahmet, and it is tucked away in a side street which means it is quiet - a perfect combination in my opinion. The members of staff are wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable and keen to make sure your stay is going well. I also really liked the bedroom - very nice decor, super comfy bed, good quality bedding and towelling robes and slippers provided plus some miniature shower gells and moisturisers etc.
The staff, the amazing and generous breakfasts. Location was great. Lovely hotel and kind hospitality
Location is great- quiet street around the corner from a row of restaurants- it’s a 20 min walk to the Bosporus, and very crowded down there- very close to the blue mosque, shopping galore is what people go in this area - vendors and restaurants aggressive - but that’s Turkey - pleased with our stay at the hotel and staff very helpful! Lots of tour groups- can be overwhelming- we took a commuter ferry to the other Asian side it’s .35 cents and worth it/ google it to find the right place to visit- but visiting isn’t worth it- but the ferry ride is! Do it -and come right back -
Very helpful reception staff. Organised cabs and advised us where not to visit and who not to engage with. Locely Turkish style breakfast, although my partner found it a bit too meat heavy.
Beautiful hotel, with a lovely European feel. Breakfast on the terrace is so lovely. We paid for the cheaper, smaller room but wished we had paid extra for a sea view as there was also limited room to store suitcases.
Very helpful staff, great location & good restaurant for dinner
The staff was exceptional! The friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. They helped book activities and told us the best food and things to do. The hotel itself is beautiful, the roof terrace for breakfast is lovely! The rooms are clean and cosy, The location is phenomenal, super close walking distance to all tourist attractions but very quiet!
Lovely breakfast, super friendly staff, great location
