Персонал великолепен, от рецепшена, до сервис персонала по обслуживанию и уборке. Дружелюбны, улыбчивы, всегда готовы пойти на встречу. Расположение великолепно, отель находится на первой береговой линии, шезлонгов достаточно, даже в разгар сезона. Я веган, для меня было предоставлено растительное молоко, что очень порадовало. Номер был с прекрасным видом- на море. Сантехника подтекала, но вид из окна компенсировал этот недостаток. Соотношение цена-качество соответствует. Один из самых доступных по цене отелей со своим пляжем и на берегу моря. Маленький отель практический без территории, но по-семейному комфортный. Благодарю весь персонал отеля. The location is great, the hotel is on the first coastline, there are enough sun loungers, even in high season. I am a vegan, plant-based milk was provided for me, which was very pleasing. The room had a beautiful view - to the sea. The plumbing was leaking, but the view from the window compensated for this shortcoming. The price-quality ratio is appropriate. One of the most affordable hotels with its own beach and on the seashore. A small hotel with practically no territory, but a family-friendly comfort. Thanks to all the hotel staff. Выбирала отель по критериям: должен быть небольшой отель без большого количества туристов, первая линия, хорошие отзывы, а также чтобы не было бассейна и анимации. Так как ездила с тремя детьми; старшим подросткам анимация неинтересна, а младшему, 2-х годовалому ребенку, не нравится шум и не нужен бассейн. Теперь по сути: отель расположен перпендикулярно между автомобильной дорогой и пляжем. В отеле 6 блоков, как бы 6 подъездов. Лифта нет. Фото представленное здесь, на букинге, это фото из боковых номеров 6-го блока с видом на мое. Таких номеров в отеле восемь всего. Остальные смотрят на соседний отель. У меня было два номера , оба в 6-м блоке. Прямо под нами был ресторан, поэтому часто пахло кухней и шумел персонал. Но это просто факт, не минус, им тоже надо работать. Питание отличное. Всегда все есть: рыба, мясо, курица, индейка, гарниры, закуски, салаты, зелень, овощи, фрукты. На завтрак выбор тоже достаточно большой. Нет очередей за едой. Все тихо и спокойно, цивилизованно ))) «Все включено» для данной категории отеля очень даже неплохое - прохладительные напитки: кола и тп, алкоголь: пиво, вино, раки и тп. Кроме 3-х разового питания есть два перекуса - с 15:00-16:00 (фри, спагетти, бургеры) , а также с 17:00-18:00 (чай печеньки). На пляже всегда есть свободные места. Рядом с отелем, справа если выходить в сторону пляжа, есть большая детская площадка, старбакс, пиццерия многое другое. Уборка проводится ежедневно и креативно, с лебедями😄 Отель после реновации. Возможно, это громко сказано, потому что ремонт конечно так себе. Ну пойдёт. Звукоизоляцию хотелось бы получше, если чуткий сон, можете слышать улицу и соседей. Можно использовать беруши. Мы в номере только ночевали и заходили на дневной сон. Все остальное время проводили на пляже или вне отеля на улице. Кемер очень красивый. Гуляйте на здоровье!
