Awesome place to stay in Old Town Antalya. Very Central in old Town. Perfect roof top breakfast with stunning views of the Marina. Lovely, family friendly staff.

The Villa Tulipan is in the middle of Old Town and is in a fantastic location. It is on a quiet street. Because it's in Old Town and since we had a car, that required entering through a security gate. Driving through the very narrow streets of Old Town in a minivan (a Toyota ProAce City) is interesting to say the least with the very narrow streets. The hotel does not have a dedicated parking area. We were here for 4 days/3 nights in late September but we didn't have a problem finding parking near or in front. Being in Old Town, the hotel is old but I guess that's the charm. We were a party of 4 and had the family room which gives us a double bed in 1 room and 2 twins in another. Our room was on the second floor with a furnished balcony. Our room overlooks the garden in the back. The hotel has a relaxing garden in the back with lots of cats of course as well as a top floor terrace with fantastic views and this is where breakfast is served. Breakfast here is a feast with so much food that they bring to your table (including eggs anyway you like) and delicious 😋. Being old, please don't expect an elevator. The spiral staircase is also quite steep and narrow. Our room is large enough with lots of windows. There is a single A/C unit in the main bedroom, and a small refrigerator. I guess it had all the amenities we need, but an iron and ironing board would have been helpful. The people who works here are fantastic and friendly, and we had no problem with communication. We had forgotten sunscreen, and I asked where I can buy some, and surprisingly they simply gave us not only sunscreen but aftersun lotion also. Being in the middle of Old Town is so convenient and fun. We had a fantastic time in Old Town and had no regrets staying at Villa Tulipan.

Firstly, the owners were extremely kind, helpful & accommodating. As soon as we arrived they gave us a cold drink, helped us carry the luggage upstairs & oreinted us in the area (how to get to the beach, the museums, etc). They also helped us when we left by printing the boarding passes and helping us find which terminal to go to! They were absolutely lovely & made us feel totally welcome (thank you guys!) This location is excellent and the hotel pretty central in the old town, so ideally situated. The hotel had a roof terrace with an absolutely stunning view of the sea, mountains and city. There were comfy seats around to enjoy the view! Lastly, the breakfast was really something special - a huge selection of breads, fruits, cheeses, jams, sweets, freshly made local dishes, coffee, juice… a real treat, and it really helped with our young daughter who’s a very fussy eater, as there were a few things she liked.

The authentic Turkish breakfast was a daily highlight. The rooftop terrace has the most stunning views of the sea and the sunset, perfect for evening drinks. The location is great for exploring the historic streets.

The staff is very friendly, breakfasts are excellent and varied, the rooms are non-smoking, everything is spotless, and the bed is comfortable. There’s a charming courtyard as well. Since the hotel is located in the heart of the old town, surrounded by many cafés and clubs, you can hear the nightlife.

We had an amazing 5-day family holiday at Villa Tulipan. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took great care of all our requests. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and more than enough to enjoy—made even better by the beautiful view of Antalya. I can only recommend this place!

Amazing historic building right in the centre of the old town. It was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, very turkish but lots of choices and we enjoyed it every day.. Reception staff were very friendly!

Everything was wonderful! The location is excellent, the atmosphere is cozy and beautifully designed. The rooftop veranda is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views — you can easily spend hours there. Breakfasts are large and delicious, a perfect start to the day. The hotel staff are very polite, attentive, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay here so much that I’d love to extend it!

The breakfast was delicious with an amazing view from the rooftop. The location was right in the center, but still in a quiet street. And their staff was just great and very hospitable, and gave great recommendations for the stay

I'd call it a gentleman's mansion, nothing much to say, just go stay. They're all handsome and gentle, with a real boyfriend vibe. They even cook their own breakfast, making for a delicious and comfortable experience. It's very close to the neighborhood. Although there's a bar with singing late at night, I'm a good sleeper so I didn't notice the time. The room felt like a vacation.
