Staff was on the highest standard. Room was clean and very nice decorated. Location was ideal. Cofee was provided free of charge 24/7 on the rooftop terace, very nice extra.

Excelent accomodation and great location. Very clean and comfort suite. We forgot some things after check out and hotel staf send us our things via post office. Respect!

First, the location is PERFECT! There is simply no better location in Istanbul. the staff is above and beyond - kind, attentive, and just plain wonderful! the breakfast and 24 hour free rooftop coffee bar was so beautiful! Our family room was so beautifully decorated! Our welcome as we arrived was also perfect! We were treated like royalty and felt like home at the same time. Would not stay anywhere else!

My father and I were very happy with our stay at the White House Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of everything — they carried our luggage inside, welcomed us with delicious fresh orange juice and Turkish delight, and even gave us a beautiful evil eye charm as a gift, which is a traditional Turkish souvenir. The reception team was incredibly kind and professional. Mr. Tugay and Mr. Kemal were amazing! The breakfast was also excellent — healthy, tasty, and beautifully served. The Turkish coffee, presented in a lovely cup with Turkish delight, was a special touch, especially when enjoyed on the terrace with a wonderful view. The kitchen team was very warm and hardworking. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — it’s close to all the main tourist attractions, so we could easily walk everywhere. My father and I would go shopping, come back to the hotel to rest, enjoy tea or coffee on the rooftop (which was complimentary), and then head out again. Our room was cleaned and tidied up every day. When we checked out, they even gave us a small gift — a package of Turkish delight and tea bags. Overall, this hotel was perfect in every way. Thanks to all the staff — we truly had a wonderful time!

Location was fabulous as too were their friendly staff. Can not recommend White House Hotel enough. Breakfast each morning was amazing. Exceeded all our expectations.

Everything! The staff could not have been more welcoming, informative or pleasant. Our luggage was swiftly transported in the rain from the cab, up the hotel’s front steps and into the lobby before I even finished paying the cab driver. We were greeted with fresh OJ and a Turkish delight. Our room was upgraded and we were given a very early check-in as well as good restaurant recommendations. The service at the White House Hotel truly is the best! The location is also the best! We were only a few minutes stroll to the Blue Mosque, Haj Sofia, Topkapi Palace. Likewise, several restaurant options were right around the corner. Our room was super clean and lovely. It was also very quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The shower water pressure was also great! The hotel reception arranged airport transfers for us. Thanks to the hotel’s prompt and thorough responses to my pre-arrival questions, I checked in prepared with 65 euros cash for the airport transfer. We had a 3:00 am pickup and I was a little nervous about reliability. The 24-hour front desk was reassuring and had already called the driver to confirm before I even got down to the lobby. A bellman brought our luggage downstairs and the night manager comp’d our one soda from the mini bar and gave us parting gifts! I must add that the driver was extremely helpful and insisted on parking (there was a torrential thunderstorm) and taking our luggage right to the Lufthansa checkin counter! He was so helpful and there was no additional charge. The only thing I cannot comment on is breakfast since we left so early. The hotel offered to pack us food, but I declined. We did visit the rooftop breakfast room & terrace. Lovely! Would have enjoyed eating there, but at least I got some photos of the bridge and Haj Sofia. We are SO glad we stayed at this gem of a boutique hotel!

The staff, the welcome drink and Turkish delight, the helpfulness of the staff, the room upgrade, the rose petals & towel decorations on the bed were all nice touches. The breakfast room was on the rooftop and was well done. The elevator was fast. The bathmat in the shower.

The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make we were well taken care of.

Everything was excellent

I recently stayed at the White House Hotel during a one night Turkish Airlines layover. I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, allowing me to check out in the morning and leave my bags while I explored the city. I was then able to come and go all day to drop off items I purchased or sit down for a minute. They also arranged for a van to pick me up and take me to the airport. The room came with a delicious breakfast which was served on a rooftop with a fabulous view. The location is ideal - walking distance to so many landmarks (right where you want to be for a short visit) - and the price was very reasonable for such a clean, inviting hotel.

Couldn’t beat location - quieter street just two blocks from major sites. Restaurants everywhere in neighborhood. Charming, quaint hotel. Clean, comfy beds. Service was impeccable, with staff very attentive, helpful and wanting to please. Good rooftop breakfast. Was s great choice for us.

Location was great. 5 minute walk to Sultanahmet where the main attractions of the old town are (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace). Also the tram was right there. Plenty of restaurants near by. The best thing is the staff. Kemal and his crew were the best. Helpful, courteous and hardworking. They all went out of their way to please each guest. The breakfast was excellent.
