Great location and good coffee downstairs

Great location and fantastic staff. So helpful and welcoming. The word “boutique” has become somewhat over used recently. This one however truly ticks all the boxes. Stunning and stylish rooms, great attention to detail, personalised service. We loved staying here and will be back. Thank you

This is such a gem of a boutique hotel - I feel so lucky to have found it! From before we arrived, the staff at World House were accommodating and communicative over whatsapp. It was really helpful to chat with a real person (not a bot) about our arrival plans. Though I'm sure the room we booked would have been wonderful, they gave us a free upgrade due to a cancellation, so we had a gorgeous suite with a balcony and plenty of space. Everything was pristinely clean, and they gave us free bottled water that they refreshed daily. The design of the hotel and the room and all of fixtures are so tasteful and high quality, which is rare. There is a cafe on the street level with great coffee and people watching where they gave us a discount for being hotel guests - though we hardly ever had to pay because the front desk gifted us with free coffees and treats at check-in and check-out. Also, the location is perfect - Galata is artsy and beautiful with tons of boutiques with beautiful crafts and vintage shops, and the hotel is a short walk from public transit or the bridge to take you to the main tourist sites in the Old City. Ismail at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and he helped us coordinate a last-minute hammam visit. I would highly recommend World House to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will definitely be staying there again when we return in the future!

Large, modern well-designed room with lots of light. It has a nice boutique feel. Wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Great coffee shop downstairs where you can people watch for hours (with a discount for hotel guests). Location can’t be beaten for walk ability as long as you’re ok walking up hills! Easy access to surrounding neighborhoods and tram. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was as advertised. Amazing staff, quality hotel, right in the center of the city. It was a fabulous experience. If coming back to Istanbul, this hotel will be our option, without a question. The hotel and their staff made the whole experience unique.

The accommodations were very comfortable and clean and the the staff and location were outstanding! Extremely helpful in all we needed and everything was just steps away. The coffee shop downstairs was also a plus!
