Extremely happy about my all inclusive holidays in Xperia for 10 nights. I travelled with family and for me was important a lot of things for comfy staying with my 15 months kid. First of all I was looking for location of hotel. So it’s located very close to the city centre and get to the nearest beach takes around 7 minutes by walking. I met all my expectations: beautiful view from the balcony, room was airy, quiet, comfy, air con not noisy, big wardrobe with hungers and shelves, electric kettle in the room. You can find there soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, small hairbrush, slippers, shoe polish etc - I’d say all what you need for comfy staying. Cleaning stuff, waiters, kitchen team, receptionists was friendly and made the stay at the hotel more pleasant. There 1 outdoor jacuzzi and 1 swimming pool boarded with kids section pool, pool sun beds, umbrellas, rest areas with huge outdoor pillows to lie down on. Tasty food, soup, variety of salads, meat etc, especially delicious cakes and Turkish baklava. My last day I tried red and white wine and it was super balanced about sugar, taste and aroma, I didn’t expect that it would be so tasty , in other way I’d have it every day ))) Also there was opportunity to attend evenings events like Turkish nights or disco etc in the another Experia hotel which located around 15 minutes by walking, but I never had chance to get there because of sleeping time of my kid. But I’m sure it’s not a big deal for other people to make nice evening walk one side and back ))

I had a great time at Grand Bali. It is a modern hotel close to the beach and located in the centre of the bustling city. The staff was exquisite, big shoutout to the guys at the front desk and the cleaning staff.. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The only remark is that AC was directly in front of the bed, so it's certainly not a good option during hot summer days to have AC directly in your head. For light sleepers, ask for rooms that are far from the street at night, it's very noisy. Turks like to go full throttle even at 3 a.m. The food was excellent, veal, turkey, chicken, soups and salads. Oh, a plethora of salads. Literally, everything your heart desires. Only one thing that was inconvenient... no salad labels... had no idea what was in all these salad mixes, so I really had to throw away food that i didnt like. Put labels on it. The beach is very close, 5 minutes on foot, a large grainy sandy beach with many bars that you can choose from. The hotel has its part of the beach and beach bar, but it's not included in the concept of AI, which I had found odd, but okay, it's clearly stated in the terms and rules. The prices are sffordabke and the beach staff is great. Overall, it is a great place for a holiday in Alanya, where people can relax and enjoy.

All Hotell staff was super nice; at the reception, at restaurant and the cleaning lady. Free WiFi. A big variety of food. We had a nice and big room for 4 people. 2 showers and hot water. Cheap beach beds. Great location, short way to beach, teleferik and centrum. Own hamam. And activities every night at Sister hotel. Would come back any time 🥰 Thank you so much for making our holiday rememberable ❤️

The front desk who received us was a wonderful gentleman and he made sure our family got one room to fit us in. It was last minute and it was along our driving route. So we only stayed overnight before going sight seeing. It is a beautiful hotel. Also the breakfast was included and it was gourmet! Delicious! The setting for eating was also so lovely. I would come again and this time with more advance notification and for longer. The balcony was just lovely!

Been to Alanya a few times but first time I've stayed at this hotel. From Yunus in reception that made it possible for us to check in early (and late), to the attentive and friendly bar and restaurant staff who genuinely cared that everyone enjoyed their stay. The location was absolutely ideal, in a vibrant area lined with restaurants and shopping boutiques, and very close proximity to the beach. This will be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Alanya again. Thank you for a truly awesome experience Xperia Bali!

It was my third stay there and I can safely say that they even they were very good at the first one in 2021, I saw a big improvement through 3 years. Food is exceptionally tasty, animations (you have to walk to Xperia Saray) were great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Property is 5 minutes away from Cleopatra Beach by walking. Everything was great. We would like to visit again.

An absolute Gem in Alanya! This hotel is fantastic in every aspect! Customer service is superb! Great room upgrade, smiles everywhere! You can't fault their food. Well done to the management. Special thanks to Younus the receptionist and Marina the guest relation coordinator. There both helpful and nice throughout. Won't be my last time coming here. Many Xperia, but this one particular is in the township has pool and everything else you need food verity- Food different every day verity but again we love Turkish food and lots people from EU, Dutch, Germany, Russian -Euro Asian-very few British people we loved it! Formal casual dress for dinner-but if you’re interested walk towards the beach Cleopatra that’s got everything you need but it’s wavey and quick deep in sea. Very unique sand-magnificent. A-walk abit further Alanya municipal beach that’s more family with kids walking further into the sea no problem - market area and harbour, lighthouse A big thank you to the staff- speak very limited English/ Afrikaans -the manager (speaks multiple languages) who did everything change our room arrangement for our 5 year old - we have to now go to Antalya- definitely recommend this hotel

My family and me had a great time here! We would recommend this Hotel anytime. Everyone here is nice especially Marina, Mustafa, Yunus👏🏽 Delicious food, great birthday celebration. The only thing that we thought was included in ‘all inclusive’ but we had to pay extra for, are deck chairs and parasol on the Beach.
