We loved this hotel. Very Nice facilities, Clean, great breakfast and amazing staff.

The people who work at the hotel are very helpful and attentive and are always there to help you with whatever you need.

Perfect location, within close vicinity of the main sightseeing, mini markets, cafes, restaurants. Fair breakfasts with a good view of the sea. Very good cleaning, friendly and supportive staff, reliable wi-fi, consistent hot water flow in the shower. Very good value for money.

The location is amazing, literally just around the corner from the major attractions and restaurants. Also, the restaurant on the top floor was lovely with amazing views for breakfast.

The view from both our room and the breakfast room was breathtaking and unforgettable. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Mosque, with a handy little supermarket right around the corner

Everything this hotel is all it says it is i went with my 84 yr old father and it was close to eberything there is a restauatant in the corner (Ozi ) great place to eat. But Yilsam is a great hotel staff is very friendly and ALWAYS willing to help

Great staff, they make you feel very welcomed and comfortable, prime location, clean hotel and rooms. All staff there were wonderful.

Our 5 day trip to Istanbul was a huge success - no doubt partly due to our choice of hotel with Yilsam Sultanahmet. Perfect location: 2 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and hippodrome; 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern and the main tram line in one direction, and 20 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar, spice market and ferries at Eminönü in the other direction. Despite our guide book being quite snooty about the area for evening options we had some really nice inexpensive dinners near the hotel too. The hotel itself was clean and very comfortable and the staff - from cleaners to bell boys could not have been friendlier. We paid a bit more for a room with the lovely view from French windows over the Sea of Marmara: the breakfast room on the 3rd floor shared the same view. The breakfast was exceptional with a huge range of cold cuts, cheeses, dips, cheeses olives, breads and baked treats, plus a small selection of 4 or 5 hot dishes which I seldom bothered with as the cold food was so delicious tho my husband enjoyed them. An external same day laundry service is available via the hotel - you need to pay in cash. Our flight got in at dawn and we arrived at the hotel at about 7am. We were sent up for breakfast and told a room would be ready for us at 10am, which we hadn’t expected. One evening we went to the empty breakfast room to watch something on our screens, and someone was face timing up there and the porter arrived with tea for all 3 of us with the compliments of the manager. These were the sort of welcoming touches we received from people at the hotel. Just lovely people - thank you to you all for such a wonderful stay. A fantastic hotel😘

The staff has been very professional and helpful all the time, assisting us with all the information and needs. The breakfast has been very rich in options, food was very tasty and fresh. The rooms have been clean with toiletries offered on a daily basis.

Excellent location just minutes walk from the main attractions. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Street a bit seedy but not an issue.
