very close to tourist attractions, you could walk. clean room, very nice cleaning lady, changed our towels every day. reception equally nice, they even changed our room, the lady with glasses was very sweet.

Location

I truly loved the location – it was close to everything I needed, both for tourism and for personal needs such as food and other necessities. I can say it was the perfect place for someone visiting the city for the first time, as well as for those who have been here before. What impressed me the most, beyond the excellent conditions, was the staff. Our stay was greatly enhanced by their warm and friendly presence at the hotel reception. Don’t worry about not knowing Turkish – their English is perfect. Moreover, I can say that I didn’t just leave with priceless memories, but also with some language knowledge that we will always cherish. The staff once again showed us how much certain elements can bring us together, even though we are so different. Thank you so much, Zem Hotel, for the experience – we hope to return as soon as possible! I wholeheartedly recommend it to others!

The location was perfect in the middle of the town . The amazing young lady from Azerbaijan makes it even better for being so professional and welcoming

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, with spotless rooms. What truly made the experience outstanding was the staff – exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the service exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay.

The stuff was very helpful and even though they don’t have breakfast and not a kettle with coffee/tea in the room, in the reception they do offer it for free at anytime.

The hotel has an excellent location: all the interesting places, the bazaar, and the metro are within walking distance, which saves time and makes the trip even more enjoyable. We had a great experience staying at Zem Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Check-in was quick and smooth, and my room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the city easy. We would want to thank the front desk personnel- Mr. Selcuk and.. (sorry, cant remember his name) for being very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Whether it was giving directions, arranging transportation, or simply greeting us with a smile every morning, they really went the extra mile. What truly made us appreciate, was that they volunteered to keep our luggage while we were out of Istanbul rather than renting a locker at the airport. Our luggage was well kept after we returned in 3days. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely return to same hotel in our next visit and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget friendly hotel to stay.
