The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure my experience was exceptional. The beds were comfortable and I had all do the amenities I needed. The kindest hosts, always at your service and smiling all the time. Location couldn't be better, most sights are within 10 minutes by foot, and there are lots of restaurants and rooftop bars in the neighbourhood. Ask for the rooms with sea-view, it really is beautiful. Oh, and the breakfast is amazing!!

Zeyn Otel was the highlight of our trip to Istanbul. It’s in a great location, walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms are also very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The highlight was definitely the friendly and really helpful staff. They gave us many recommendations and tips during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Istanbul.

his hotel is in the old town of Istanbul and is very close to the attractions that we like to go to - less than 10 minutes away from the Blue Masque and the Column of Constantine (also the T1 Tram stop). One young staff member (first name containing Alex I think) gave us a PowerPoint presentation of what to see in Istanbul and it was so helpful. He also helped us in getting a ride to the airport during the rush hours.

To begin with, hosts were absolutely great. They were so attentive, gave us the best tips to visit Istanbul, even did a quick presentation to make it more interactive. The hotel is located near a lot of the attractions, so it is very conveniently located, it is no more than 10 min from Hagia Sophia. Breakfast was also great, food is delicious and warm. They have a great variety of cheese we liked very much. The host was so kind, he even gave us something to cover for the mosque and helped us with parking which is near impossible in the old town. Rooms are clean and have air con.

The staff: Aslan and Shabir gave us the best recommendations and instructions and made our stay incredibly memorable. The presentation gave us ideas to explore Istanbul further. The breakfast was 10/10, warm, fresh simit and pastries and plenty of choices. The shower water was warm and everything was clean. It had an elevator which was super helpful. Highly recommended for couples, family.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, incredible original Turkish breakfast!!! —olives, cheeses, and variety of vegetables. On an alley along an ancient Byzantine wall. Great overview of Istanbul highlights on our arrival. Google maps took us everywhere (T-Mobile). Everyone spoke English 👍👍
