The outdoor terrace and balcony are closed during your visit.

Commentary is available in English, Chinese, French, Spanish, German and Italian. You need your own headset and mobile device, and there is no audio guide inside Sky Garden itself.

Important: no refunds or transfers

All purchases are final: tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are only valid for the date and time stated and have a time limit of one hour from entry. Head directly to Sky Garden at Fenchurch Building, 1 Sky Garden Walk, and show your voucher on arrival. Entry includes a security check and bag search, after which a lift takes you up. The pastry and hot drink are served at the Sky Pod Bar, one of each per ticket. Photo ID is requested for alcoholic drinks. The balcony is closed every day until 11:00 for security reasons.

How booking works

Choose your date and number of guests and send your request; at this stage we only place a hold on your card. We check availability with the operator, email you when we confirm and take the payment at that point. If the request cannot be fulfilled, we email you and your card is not charged.
