River Cruise and Sightseeing Bus Tour in Liverpool

Digital commentary on the River Cruise - From 26 February 2026, the operator will be offering a free digital audio guide as part of a one-month trial. To access the audio guide, scan the QR code located at each ferry terminal or onboard the Mersey Ferry. For the best experience, please bring your own headphones, ensure your mobile device is fully charged and have mobile data enabled. During this trial period, the commentary will not play through the external speaker system. If you don’t have a smartphone, you can request a printed cruise route factsheet from our team at the ferry terminal. The factsheet is available in the following languages Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Ukrainian.

A coffee shop and restrooms are available onboard the ferry. The main deck of the ferry is wheelchair-accessible.

This tour runs in all weather conditions. Please dress accordingly.

Please note that the ferry ticket is valid for any cruise on the day mentioned on your ticket.

The last bus tour is at 15:00. However, you ticket is valid for the bus tour the next day.

The hop-on, hop-off bus ticket is valid for 48 hours from the time you first redeem it.

The tour itinerary is subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Please bring your ticket with you to the attraction.
