Очень довольна, что выбрала именно этот отель. Во-первых, удобное расположение: в 7-10 минутах неспешной ходьбы от станции Hilal (станция Izban и станция метро) с одной стороны и от железнодорожной станции Basmane с другой. Быстро добралась от аэропорта (около 25 минут на Izban). Район спокойный, наверное, самый благополучный вокруг Basmane. Отель расположен очень удачно по отношению к магистральной улице, шума в номере нет, хотя, казалось бы, рядом магистраль. Номер (одноместный) современный, достаточно просторный, большое расстояние между кроватью и “ofice-desk” у зеркала, поэтому о мебель не запинаешься. Кресло, подставка для багажа, сейф в номере. Стабильный Wi-Fi, правда, фильмы не смотрела. Комплиментарные 2 бутылки воды ежедневно. Просторная душевая кабина. Гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер, пополняются ежедневно. Фен. В отеле (и в номере в том числе) очень чисто и вообще убирают номера очень тщательно, уборкой была довольна. Очень доброжелательный, вежливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь, быстро реагируют на просьбы. Про завтрак ничего сказать не могу: бронировала номер без завтрака. Очень комфортное пребывание в отеле, рекомендую

WiFi OK. Parking przed hotelem. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Dostaliśmy omleta na zamówienie, bardzo szybko. Wybór pieczywa, serów i warzyw (liście). Leczo warzywne na ciepło. Oczywiście słodkości w tym croissant. Dobra chałwa, orzechy włoskie i arachidowe. Kawa z automatu. Dojście do ciekawych miejsc trochę zajmuje czasu, ale to nie był wielki problem. Obsługa bardzo sprawna! Można było dobrze wyregulować temperaturę.

Hotel is located in proximity to the piers and other attractions. Friendly staff who extended beyond their jobs to make me and my family comfortable. I needed a charger and the staff let me borrow one pretty late into the night. They read through my requests at the time of booking and made sure I had extra comforters. They let me park right in-front of the hotel when I couldn’t figure out the parking. Overall my single night stay was a pleasant one. Breakfast was worth staying longer at the hotel.
