The hotel is very clean, including carpeting and bedding in rooms. The personnel is outstandingly helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was tasty, food was of good quality. Our room was overlooking a busy street, but the windows did a good job of blocking the noise. We didn't hear the noise from other rooms either. The rooms were designated as non-smoking ones and there was really no smell of cigarettes anywhere. AC was also working well. Pedestrian streets with all the shops are right around the corner, so the location was great for exploring the city. Public transport is also nearby (we arrived on tram).

First, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Umut and Emre for their kind and welcoming service. We were two couples visiting Turkey for the first time, and choosing this hotel was the best decision we could have made. The location is perfect — just a short walk from İstiklal Street, Taksim Square, and Galata Tower. The breakfast was delicious and different every day, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Turkey!

OTEL KÂYA was excellent value for money! The location is very central, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the customer service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, helpful, and always went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was a lovely spread with plenty of tasty options to start the day. Overall, a great stay that I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel location was perfect. It's close to all major attractions, shops and public transport. The staff were very helpful. The bed was unexpectedly super comfortable, better than most 3 and 4 star hotel beds. Breakfast was good but could have had some more options. Great value for the money paid.

Location was good. staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with the shower in the bathroom on the first day, but it was seen to and rectified as soon as the problem was reported.
