Sheraton Bursa Hotel

The gym was well equipped and the spa very nice with sauna, hammam but also swimming pool and Turquish baths. The restaurant accepted to serve dinner until 9.30pm/9.45pm over the three nights I spent there and the food was good. Staff was really nice and smiling in the restaurant but also in the spa where the lady was super helpful and smiling.

great professional staff, location, big rooms, facilities.

It’s a hotel that includes a lot of facilities in one place, that makes it very convenient. Restaurants, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, SPA and gym , parking and lobby bar.

Erol, the manager, and Cigdem were outstanding, kind, attentive, and professional. Their attention to detail and leadership truly shone through, and the trainee staff reflected their high standards. A wonderful team and a real asset to the hotel!

Location is great in a walking distance from a mall and coffee shops, the hotel is quite. The staff is so helpful and friendly and I will like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Ersin Cetin at the front office for his help and warm greetings.

The hotel was clean and elegant. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious and well-equipped.

The wind was blowing through the window So we cannot sleep comfortably and the billows was not that good

all is good

The location of the hotel was excellent, walking distance to one of the biggest shopping malls and many good restaurants in Bursa. We chose a corner room and the room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The reception team was super helpful and flexible. We extended our stay for two more days and they made sure that we don’t have to change rooms. Overall both the facilities and the team was excellent.
