Beautiful views and very special staying inside a fairy chimney. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in (fairy chimney room) was genuinely incredible. I have never experienced anything like it before. Right outside our door was a terrace overlooking all of Goreme. The hotel is like less than 50m away from great restaurants and shops and everyone who worked there was so helpful and lovely throughout our stay. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

The location and the staff. The receptionist Mr. Emir was very friendly and helpful. He helped us book the horse back riding and city tour rides, and gave us information in planning the rest of the stay in cappadocia.

Everything, we there in the shoulder season so very quiet, beautiful hotel, great people, lovely town, had the rooftop bar to ourselves, good breakfasts included, town is full of great little restaurants. Turkish people are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

The staff were amazing! They went over and above to help with everything. The breakfast was excellent and a lot of choices, something for everyone. They made us a sandwich for our early departure, as we would miss breakfast. Can’t thank them enough!

Great location, incredibly caring and helpful staff, very unique hotel

The staff was wonderful and helped us coordinate transfers and tours. The room was clean, large and very comfortable and the view of the balloons from our window was magical!

The staff here are unbelievable - everyone was so friendly, so helpful and always offering little and big ways to improve our stay. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, and has a great terrace with a lovely view of Goreme and the mountains. The breakfast was very nice. The cave room was very comfortable, the bed was huge, the bathroom was particularly large and the whole room enjoyed atmospheric lighting and a generally comfortable ambience.

Will definetely come back again!

The location and views were perfect. The staff were all helpful and attentive - information and advice were always available when needed. The traditional breakfast was both extensive and very tasty.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the town centre, a unique and beautiful hotel and incredibly organised and courteous hotel staff that couldn't have been more helpful. The staff helped us book excursions, called taxis for us and were generally fantastic hosts. Thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Lovely location easy access to the town, shops restaurants and bars, very authentic room and very comfortable with great features and jacuzzi facilities. Also had secluded parking facilities which is a great plus. Nice breakfast and nice outside relaxing areas with amazing views. Very nice friendly helpful staff. We had a great stay!
