Excellent location We were able to watch balloons very closely from our room window. The interior or hotel common areas and bedrooms was very nice. Good breakfast Highly recommended

It was an AMAZING room and a great staff that came to our aid whenever needed. The hotel is a little steep climb up, so it's sometimes hard to go up, especially when you're tired and full, and the staff came to pick us up on their car each time. My wife also got sick during our trip to the hot air balloon, and the hotel staff was extremely kind, and sent breakfast in our room, which they usually dont allow, and they also allowed us to rest and check out later than usual, almost 3.5 extra hours. Amazing views, amazing staff, AMAZING BREAKFAST 👏, and highly recommended Disclaimer: this is a cave hotel, so you might experience some coughing due to dust in your lungs, especially if you're asthmatic, and this is common across hotels so do keep it in mind But the hotel 10/10

Location and the staff

Lovely interior and exterior. Clean. Excellent breakfast which was well presented and catered to dietary requirements. Staff were exceptional. Nothing was a bother for them. Clear and helpful Communication, organised tours, gave recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location, amazing staff & the breakfast was fantastic.

The staff was extremely helpful. Our hot air balloon got cancelled because of rain, they helped us with the booking. Not to mention, they recommended really good vendors and helped us with ATV ride, taxi booking and airport pickup/drop off. The location of the hotel is amazing, you can see the hot air balloon flying in the morning and see the sunset at night. The breakfast was amazing and the room was gorgeous.

Great spot to watch the air balloons! You can really get close to them from the property. The room was spotless, and the design of the hotel was incredible. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they tried their best to speak English. It was a great experience staying in a cave hotel.

Amazing place. With our family we had amazing time and we were satisfied with everything.

Location is fantastic, there is safe parking, we left two motorcycles there without worrying. It might be challenging to get to the parking for inexperienced drivers, but staff is very helpful and I am sure they can assist if you ask. Rooms are huge and very nicely designed. Breakfast is an amazing experience. You can ask the staff to organize a balloon flight for a reasonable price.
