I really enjoyed the cave hotel experience and the location of the hotel.
Localization is perfect!
breakfast was lovely and request for eggs they were prepared fresh by the cook, i was so sick with coughing and the flu that GUL made me special warm tea and sent it to my room — she cared enough to even suggest the idea of the tea when she saw how sick i was, soup was delicious when i had it to cure my throat at night for dinner , someone cared enough to go out of her way to make me feel better and next day i was able to function the scenery of this hotel is excellent — and so unbelievable , this hotel location is right close to shopping in town. it is a hotel that is 10/10. front desk responded to my needs extra for travel chargers, pillow, water and room service was great

Lovely hotel conveniently situated at the base of the hills in Goreme - a real bonus as it means there are no steep climbs to your hotel each night! The hotel has a fantastic rooftop bar perfect for sunset cocktails and watching the balloons at sunrise, while there is an excellent breakfast in the restaurant, complete with brilliant staff (special mention the standout Fatima, who surprised my husband with a cake, candle and song on his birthday!) We didn't get to use the gorgeous indoor pool as we were out and about every day and ran out of time.
Perfect location while in Cappadocia!! Flying hot air balloons can be seen from hotel terraces! Restaurants are all nearby!

Carus was a fantastic hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The roof terrace was incredible, with fantastic views of the hot air balloons! The restaurant food was great for both breakfast and dinner - the staff felt like they really went above and beyond to ensure you had a great meal. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again!
Beautiful property in a great location with all the amenities. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Rooftop restaurant and bar were fantastic with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. All staff we encountered were friendly.

Our stay at Carus Cappadocia was truly unforgettable. The hotel is elegant, beautifully designed, and perfectly located in the heart of Göreme — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, spotless, and had every comfort we could wish for. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were wonderful, with a great selection of delicious dishes and a lovely atmosphere. We especially want to thank Fatma, who took care of us every day with such kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Her polite and attentive service made every meal a pleasure. Overall, Carus Cappadocia exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of comfort, excellent service, and the hotel’s stunning setting made our experience truly special. We would love to come back one day!
Great location, great service, clean
We absolutely loved our stay. The spa was great, location is perfect and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Staff were also lovely. The lady who managed the breakfast was very kind. Highly recommended.
Very nice hotel on the middle of Cappadocia. Closed to restaurants and shops and very peaceful. You can see the balloons from the hotel roof and they can arrange the activity to go on the balloons, a must if you go to Turkey!! The service was good and attentive. The concierges and front desk people were awesome. The pool was very cold for me but maybe people like it like that. Food was ok.
Lacks some soundproofing in my room due to loud music being played in some bars nearby.
Excellent staff, amazing location, great facillities. Superb food both for breakfast as well as dinner. Great local contacts with guides and companies who provide the tours.
