Incredible breakfast spread and by far the best kids club I’ve ever experienced. The location is a little outside the center with only a few water sports nearby, but for our family getaway, it was exactly what we needed. Room service was outstanding, a special thanks to Dilnaz, who was an absolute superstar, always keeping our room spotless and taking care of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. A huge thank you as well to all the wonderful ladies at the kids' club. I honestly cannot fault a single member of staff at this hotel; everyone went above and beyond to make our stay truly special.

The resort was wonderful, well located and unique in design and style and to top it all, the staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, polite eager to go the extra mile to help a guest. Mr Baris Biblos and Simin were excellent hosts and their customers service skill were off the charts. They attended to our every need and immediate resolve any issues or queries to our satisfaction, and they’d always check back to see if everything was ok. I strongly recommended this resort and will definitely return next season.

All I can say is WOW. This place is sensational! We stayed just before the closed for the season and it wasn’t crowded at all. Hands down one of the most gorgeous resorts I’ve ever seen. It was so relaxing, the food was great, and the beach is stunning. We can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Biblos. Special thanks go to Sevval at the front desk, who helped us with our onboarding and room change, Mesut at the beach, helping us with our seating there, and Hasancan and Cansu at the breakfast area, making us feel welcomed and accommodated. The breakfast was superb, and the facilities are very clean.

Breakfast was extraordinary good. The whole hotelcrew was extremly friendly and always willing to fullfill any wish we had. Beach and pool Were nicely made to relax. Spa area is something else, never seen this standard before ( spa, gym, sauna, indoor pool etc). We are blown away by this hotel‘s standard Also big thanks to Elonora & Melis for their permanent care of how to make our stay even more perfect.

Kids club, guest relations. Great experience, so clean and professional property, all personnel are extremely professional and helpful. Guest relations with mobile communication is a game changer. Thanks so much specially Eylul, Zeynep, and Ece hanim for their punctual support. Overall this is a great place for family vacation. Not inexpensive but worth every penny.

We have been upgraded to a bigger room with balcony without even asking. The room size and comfort of the bed was great. The breakfast was also had huge variety and was very tasteful. The customer service was very kind and attentive at all times. Overall, our stay at Biblos was excellent and I would highly recommend for those who are planning of staying in Alacati.
