Ease of check in clean room, location
I loved my room - 36 - because it was out of the way a bit, which suited me. Staff were lovely, esp the lady in housekeeping (very slim with a dark ponytail).

Comfy room, great value food in the adjoining pub
Breakfast was great, for us the location was excellent. The meals in the evening are also great, and all the staff give you that warm Northern hospitality.
