The park's standard opening hours are from 10:00 to 16:00. Please note that these times are subject to change.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

In response to COVID-19, additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect throughout the park including temperature checks, one-way systems, social distancing measures, contactless payments and reduced capacity on the rides.

Please also note that some experiences such as shops, restaurants and indoor experiences may be unavailable or have restrictions on the number of guests in order to ensure social distancing.

All visitors aged over 11 years old will now be required to wear masks on all rides (except the water rides) and in other locations where they are deemed necessary.

Disabled visitors with relevant documentation are entitled to certain admission benefits. The disabled visitor must still pay the standard price but the person accompanying them can enter for free. If a third person is joining to assist, they are entitled to a half-priced ticket option. More accessibility information can be found on the attraction's official website.

Please note that each ride has its own height restrictions ranging from 90 cm to 140 cm.

Single strollers can be hired at Towers Trading Co. for a price of GBP 10. Double strollers will cost GBP 15.

Please bring your ticket with you to the attraction.

Be aware that operators may cancel for unforeseen reasons.
