The location was good, you can see the balloons from the hotel directly, so no need to go anywhere early in the morning.The room was warm, heating was more than enough. There are tea/coffee facilities in the room, complimentary water, which is very comfortable. Bath amenities are great. Reception staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast had a good variety. İt was a nice stay in general, thank you to all the staff.

Perfect location to watch the ballons rising in the morning just from the balcony of the room
Great location, perfect view, very friendly and helpful staff! Nice & cosy rooms, state od the art bathrooms. The restaurant service was nice with a good choice of wines & drinks. Parking lots inside the compound, which was very conevenient and safe. They even have a heated pool so the kids could swim even in the evening :)

The hotel is very new (or renovated) and has an excellent location with view on the valley (to spot air balloons early in the morning), and close to the town. The staff is very helpful to organise activities (such as airport tranfer, private round trip or hot air balloon flight). Nice breakfast. The room was very spacious for 4 persons.
I loved everything about the property — the amazing staff, the beautifully decorated room for my husband’s birthday with balloons and cake, and the incredible service from David at the front desk. The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff, especially Kemal and Medine, were so friendly and attentive. The view was stunning, and the whole atmosphere made our stay truly special
We were warmly greeted at our late checkin at 10pm by Talha. The breakfast was HUGE and we definitely over ate! The restaurant has a large balcony and great view of the valley and hot air balloons. Our room was very quiet.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Turkish breakfast that they served every day was amazing!!

Luxurious, comfortable and modern rooms with lovely bedding and linens. Definitely a five-star feel! The Nespresso machines are a real bonus and much appreciated. The dining room has breathtaking unobstructed views of the valley below. Delicious local wines.
The place itself was super aesthetic and clean and it is not too big so it gives a very cosy atmosphere to its guests which I loved
