We stayed at the Windsor Townhouse for one night to celebrate our anniversary and were delighted to find our room had been upgraded as a surprise — such a thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable and full of character, and the location was perfect for exploring Bath. Breakfast was tasty and freshly made, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A lovely stay overall — we’d happily return.

Fantastic location. Only a few minutes walk to the town centre. Staff were tremendous from check-in to breakfast service. Breakfast too was top quality. If you can, book the bottom floor double with garden. It is very spacious and the private garden is a little haven ..!

I loved the room but one of the radiators was on and impossible to switch off! Even with air con and open windows the room was hot & duvet was for winter. Other than that it was a lovely stay

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful and the position of the hotel was so good. The breakfast was excellent with a superb choice and the gluten free toast was the best I’ve tasted since my diagnosis. I’d definitely want to stay there again.
