Came here for an anniversary. Staff were excellent throughout. Hotel is stunning and gardens and spa are lovely to spend time in. Beautiful walk through the botanical gardens to get into Bath.

The staff are fantastic Rachel especially is a delight ,Piotr is so charming, Botao a clever and helpful guy, to be honest I’m sorry I didn’t catch the others by name as every single one of the staff was brilliant! I’ll be back!! Oh and the food was tremendous!
