Everything!! Firstly the location was perfect...about a 5-10 minutes walk to the front but in a quiet area. There's only a couple of parking spaces but there's a car park more or less opposite which is quite reasonable..we paid £20 for 2 days. The room was small but cosy and nicely decorated and with tea and coffee facilities which were topped up each day. The breakfast was lovely, a full English with everything. But it's the warm welcome we got from Dawn and the lady at breakfast (sorry can't remember her name) that really made our stay. Very informative about what's going on in the area and are really friendly. Will definitely book to come here again...thank you! 🙂

Location is excellent for the Tower and Winter Gardens. Room was large and breakfast was very good to start the day. Dawn is a lovely hostess and very accommodating if there are any issues.

Paul 10.0

very nice breakfast with all the usuals egg, bacon, sausage, beans, tomatoes, hash browns, mushrooms, black pudding, toast and jam, tea or coffee, orange juice. what i liked the best was that you can tick all your favourites and eat what you like which avoids wasted food. Waitress Judith, and Dawn always served with a smile and could not do enough to make our stay very enjoyable. This is a very clean tidy welcoming place and only a 5mins walk to the beach and tower, on a clean safe well lit street with beautiful painted large plant pots . Top value for money .10/10.
