Room was nice with a good view out as promised. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Heating was on for most of our time there as well which was good. Friendly welcome on arrival, easy arrival and exit. Decent distance from the city centre.

The location was incredible, and the room was huge and had everything we wanted! It was lovely and cosy and parking was easy and very handy (considering the prices of parking in the city!). Staff were helpful on check in as we arrived when nobody was there.

The Location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk until you Reach Bath city centre. Parking was always available and easy too.

The property was clean and comfortable, the shower was fantastic. The location was fairly quiet even though it is situated on a busy road. You can walk to the city centre within 10 minutes where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The owner met us at the door and welcomed us, he was very nice and told us all about the area and things to do.

Excellent location, 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre attractions, bars and restaurants. Free off-road parking. Welcoming host, who met us on arrival at 9pm, showed us the room and gave us his contact details for any queries. Spacious room. Separate shower (wet room) and wc. Fridge for us to store any chilled items we had brought with us. Comfortable bed. Clean towels.
