This hotel is a great find for the price in Brighton, it’s not far from the town. We had a small issue where the TV wasn’t working from the last guest and the staff were so apologetic and clearly unhappy.
Clean and comfortable
Super friendly people who run the place and who work there
Location was perfect
Great location, easy check in and very friendly staff. A nice stay overall.
Accommodating, clean, staff helpful and supportive. Room very comfortable. I even had room service. I was feeling cold in the night, there was extra bedding, a heater and fan if required. I will definitely go back
Friendly staff comfortable bed with tea/coffee facilities Heating was on in the evening as it was January. Could not hear any noise outside room after 10pm which was good as room was on ground floor next to stairs. Slept good.
We changed room mid stay and the staff were great, really friendly and attended to our needs with minimum of fuss. lovely place, clean comfortable and on a cold wintery night it was lovely and warm. The breakfast was ample, tasty and nice and hot.
