Everything
Friendly helpful staff, ideal location for work trip, unfortunately arriving late and early start so no time to eat but have stayed on few occasions and food has always been great. Although a G&T was enjoyed very much. Plenty of space to park near entrance. Will stay again.
Fantastic staff, cleanliness and ambiance. Stunning property and plants.
Everything was so carefully thought about. Thank you so much.
Absolutely perfect! Very clean and exceptionally comfortable.
We had a 3 hour journey to the property, which I explained on the phone to Dion when I booked, he rang us on the way down to see how we were getting on to enable us to have an evening meal. The meal was absolutely stunning, the cocktails to die for and the bed... So comfortable! What a gem!
Super friendly staff in a great location. The room was really comfy & had everything we needed
quirky and beautiful. The history is interesting and the view is incredible.
Beautiful building, lovely friendly staff, great location.
Fabulous character Manor House with excellent chef
Excellent, my second visit, will visit again
Lovely decorated room, staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location for what we needed.Lovely little touch of classical radio playing as we entered the room. Our room was next to the lift but we had little noise from this. Hubby loved the bath.
Great customer service and room was phenomenal. We booked the Troya. Super clean, great bathroom, super spacious and really had the wow factor! The grounds were pleasant and lots of spaces within the lodge to sit and spend time in.
Good quiet location, house with grounds, near M5 and Bristol. Food is excellent. Staff very polite and helpful. Ev charging points in car park. It is quite a small hotel, which I liked. The view from the second floor room was out to the channel, with a small balcony through french doors. Large bathroom, with slipper bath.
Dinner was excellent Staff very good and helpful. Grounds would be lovely in Summer
Location, comfort, facilities
A surprising patch of countryside within a busy city environment. The experience was one of a rural country house with happy staff that added to the relaxation.
Beautiful property, with amazing service staff!
Secluded setting, beautiful grounds and stately hotel, this stay exceeded my expectations on every level. The comfort of my room, the decor, the welcoming and professional staff, all made my stay special. Dinner in the restaurant was exceptional, the meal was perfectly delicious and the service was personal, professional and attentive. This was a memorable stay.
The room had bags of character with lovely soft furnishings. The bathroom was big and lovely and clean.
