Guest Reviews
The location, staff and the room were great.
Loved the small details- fresh fruit, fresh milk. Great little hotel room, reasonably priced but felt so much nicer than a chain hotel. Loved my stay.
Great location, lovely clean and modern room with en suite Breakfast was great
Very cosy and comfortable room with very little external noise. Good in room tea and coffee making facilities. The welcome drink and fruit in the room were a nice touch when travelling.
Comfortable if small room , good facilities, good location. I would stay again
Within walking distance of the city centre, harbour side and Cabots Circus. Small period hotel with nice restaurant and bar. Parking is available in the hotel garage nearby but is chargeable. Staff were very pleasant.
Cozy, clean room with great facilities. Service was really good too, very friendly reception and helpful. Location was brilliant.
The bathroom and bedroom were newly / superbly decorated, the whole hotel was very modern. In the centre of Bristol I expected some noise in the hotel at night, but it was silent. There is a fridge in the room and even fresh tea leaves and teapot, which is very unusual. There was a free sherry sample, a tipple to try. That was a nice touch! Fresh fruit too, plus biscuits. I had the hot vegetarian breakfast, it was very large and again, superb. Also plenty of other choices at breakfast, such as cereals, yogurts, seeds/nuts, toast etc. I liked the modern feel throughout the hotel and enjoyed the overall design and choices of decor.
