Breakfast was excellent, kate is a great hostess made us feel very welcome, and ofcourse max is a bonus furry friend xx
Breakfast was plentiful, cereals, fresh fruit. Good choice of cooked items
The location was ideal being just a stones throw away the town centre and a tram ride to the beach! The room we had was roomy with a sofa, TV and the essential tea making facilities. There were lots of choice for breakfast and it was very well cooked.
Everything was extremely good. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect, very nicely decorated and overlooked the cricket club. Nice location in walking distance to the North Shore in one direction and shopping centre and South Shore in the other. Local bus service along the sea front. Breakfast was delicious and served in a really nice dining room which is decorated with amusing plaques and pretty China crockery graces the tables. Would definitely recommend!
We had a room on the first floor ( number 2 ) which was really big and the four poster bed was massive. Breakfast was delicious but too much for us so just had a small breakfast the next morning. Kate the owner was really friendly and knew everything that was going on over the weekend so she was very helpful
Easy to find and though it was on street parking, it was easy to find a spot and got a parking permit so no dramas! The bedroom was comfortably big enough and the bed very comfortable. Only tiny issue is the size of the en-suite but that’s all!
Clean pleasant staff great location
We were made so welcome from the minute we arrived by the lovely Kate.
Very welcoming host . Very clean and comfortable rooms Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice .
Fantastic location for our needs. We went to a concert at the open air theatre, which is a short walk away. Breakfast is really good. I'm gluten free and was catered for very well x The guesthouse over looks Scarborough Cricket Ground. A couple of matches on during our stay, was lovely sitting on the balcony with snacks and a cuppa x
This was a super little b and b. Excellently situated for the Open Air theatre. And the cricket. Easy walk down to the seafront and Into town. Room was very comfortable. Freshly decorated and cheerful. We looked out over the road, but it wasn't noisy. The staff were lovely and friendly. Top tips for the best chippy tea and good places to get drinks nearby whilst we were out and about. Very good breakfast indeed - with plenty of tea and toast.
Friendly staff, great location great breakfast
Very handy for my trip which was watching the cricket. The hotel had perfect views of the ground and also a balcony on the 2nd floor where you could choose to sit and watch the game. The hosts were very nice and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was delicious and a family pet mooching about with hungry eyes cheers me up no end.
