This was my second stay. I was very satisfied again. The hotel is very centrally located yet extremely quiet. The luggage storage is also convenient. I only stayed one night, but I think the hotel is also suitable for a longer stay.

The room was immaculate, with a good sized bathroom and brilliant shower. Nice to have a bath as well. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed (even an iron and ironing board), and the size of the hotel kept everything informal and intimate. The location was brilliant. An easy walk to galleries, shops, sites, great restaurants and bars, but in a remarkably quiet area of New Town. It could not have been better.

We really enjoyed our stay at Frederick House Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Edinburgh, just a short walk from Princes Street and all the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, and the bed was lovely after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. It felt safe, quiet, and great value for money — we’d definitely stay again.
