Comfortable rooms in good location to get into city centre
Having a delicious breakfast served to our room was wonderful! All the extra touches like providing q-tips & cotton balls, & bathroom air freshener was appreciated. Having the parlour/living room to sit in and relax with a beverage at the end of our day was really nice!

Nice clean room. Had shower and the all important tea and coffee making facilities. Because there was no cooked breakfast you didn't have to get up early, and were left to your own devices.

Lovely hosts, in room facilities were fine, large bathroom. We were able to keep our bicycles in a locked area and off site parking at a nearby bowling club was offered. Parking in Bath is not common so this was a bonus. For £5 a day, we could leave the car where it was and enjoy walking or the local bus service to get around. The owners have set up a very helpful website which provided heaps of useful information about Bath, places to go, where to eat etc including discounted access to Thermae Spa which we took advantage of.
