How many nights should I stay in Cappadocia?

Because balloon flights can be postponed by the weather, we suggest at least two and ideally three nights.

What is staying in a cave room like?

Rock-cut rooms are cool in summer and warm with heating in winter; windows can be small and hillside hotels have many steps.

Many hotel terraces in Göreme and Uçhisar look out over the morning balloons; flights depend on the weather.

Nevşehir Kapadokya and Kayseri airports are the nearest.
