Location, room design and the facilities were amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was pleasing to the eyes. Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful and cordial. The staff at breakfast (Ali in particular) went the extra mile to meet our needs

This property is located in a very quiet part of Uchisar which is one of the quieter towns in Cappadocia, making it very relaxing. It is a short walk into town and the hotel strip near the castle which leads straight into the valley (for hiking/hot air balloons/horse riding) and a short drive (we got the bus) to the neighbouring towns. The area feels very safe. Staff were very friendly and washed our clothes for us. We loved the big breakfast spread and were given all the extras we asked for.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us great advice on how to explore Cappadocia. Thanks to their tips, we were able to make the most of our trip. Highly recommended!

Usein 10.0

Me and my family spent 2 nights in family suite and left completely satisfied. The hotel is great value if you're planning to visit Cappadocia and stay in Uchisar. It's 5 mins walk to Uchisar Castle and all the shops and restaurants of the old town. Rooms are big and clean with comfortable beds, and staff is friendly and happy to help.

Excellent stay, no problem at all to arrive in the middle of the night. The mattresses are very good and the rooms and bathrooms spacious. We liked the fact that breakfast is served at the table and not a buffet. Thanks Fatma and Mehmet for making our stay memorable!

Angelika 9.0

New hotel, spacious room with great windows. Felt very comfortable for 4 nights stay. Perfectly situated where neighborhood part of Uchisar begins but in close walking distance to Uchisar Castle and tourist places. Friendly reception.

We had a lovely 5 day-stay in Ahiyan hotel. Great location to visit nearby sites. All the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. For breakfast, they changed the menu a little daily to give it a variety. Thank you, Ahiyan, for great stay.

The hotel and our room were spotless. The bed was large and very comfortable. The pillows were also great. It was situated in a pretty quiet area which may be a plus depending on what you are looking for. As this was the second stop in our trip and followed an intense five days so the more relaxed setting was greatly welcomed. The location was also very good with it being a short walk to a mini supermarket (with 90% of everything you would need) as well as a short walk to the central square where you can find a myriad or places to explore, shop or eat. The Uchisar Castle is a very short walk away and will give you an excellent viewing position to see the hot air balloons in the morning. The breakfast they offered was nice and plentiful. The staff were very pleasant and were willing to help whenever needed.

Very nice boutique hotel, decorated with good taste, big room and bathroom. Small and cozy courtyard. Location of the hotel is on a quiet street, literally 5 min walking distance of Uchisar Castle. Terrace of the hotel (where the breakfast is served) is overlooking the castle and the valley where the hot air balloons are launched every morning! Big thanks to Mehmet, the manager of the hotel which booked for us the hot air balloon flight, for all his kind advice on where to go and what to see! Thank you Mehmet and all the staff for making our stay memorable! Will definitely return!

Friendly staff, great customer service. The owner is very friendly and responsive, knowledgeable of the area and we felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. He arranged for all our rides upon request which was very convenient.

Andria 10.0

The room was lovely with stone walls, cozy bed, nice seating options both in the room and on the nice 3rd floor terrace. The staff was helpful with booking ATV tour, airport transfer, and more. The breakfast was plentiful but I just hated wasting because we couldn’t possibly eat it all. It was only 5 minutes walk to the center of Uçhisar and a few more to the castle which is a great place for sunset and to see the morning balloons. It was easy to take a public bus between Uchisar and Göreme. We also hiked pigeon and love valleys starting from Uchisar.

Location is close to castle and amenities Staff is very helpful

We had a beautiful time in Capadocia, and a big reason for that was our amazing stay in Ahiyan Hotel. The hotel is small and private, and its calm vibe matches with Uchisar's peaceful character. Our room was large and comfortable and it made me want to skip the adventure and sleep a few more hours. Also the breakfast was fantastic, everything fresh and made in the moment. Special thanks to Fatma in reception for helping us orientate around Capadocia 🙂 Looking forward to visit this place again in the future, I totally recommend it!

A terrace offers another outdoor space to relax, while free private parking nearby makes arrivals and departures simple. Inside, the property feels intimate and personal, with a shared lounge where guests can unwind, chat with fellow travellers, or plan the next day’s itinerary. This is a small property with 11 rooms, each designed to feel comfortable and homely rather than sprawling and generic.

The rooms themselves emphasize practical comfort. You will find well arranged spaces with a proper bed for rest, a seating area suitable for reading or catching up on a show, and a bathroom that supports everyday needs. Some rooms offer a balcony or terrace, letting you step outside to enjoy the air and view without leaving your room. In addition to the essential furnishings, certain photos hint at modern conveniences such as a television and multimedia options, helping you unwind in the evenings after a day of sightseeing. While the listing does not detail renovations, the interiors appear well kept and inviting, reflecting a consistent standard across the 11 rooms.

Food and beverage options are presented with practicality in mind. Continental breakfast appears in the photographic highlights, suggesting a light start to the day before heading out to explore the surroundings. In addition, coffee and tea facilities are indicated in room features, offering a simple way to enjoy a warm beverage at any time. The absence of a dedicated on-site restaurant in the data does not diminish the appeal for guests who value a low key, self directed stay where mornings begin with a breakfast routine and evenings can be enjoyed at the property’s calm spaces or on the terrace.

Family friendliness is clearly part of Ahiyan Hotel’s appeal. The property allows children of any age and lists a maximum occupancy of four guests, making it a practical choice for small families or couples travelling together. With 11 rooms, the hotel can offer a quiet, intimate atmosphere that suits families looking for a base to explore locally while keeping noise to a minimum in the evening. The presence of a garden and a shared lounge supports family time, whether you are planning a day trip, a gentle stroll in the area, or a chat about the day’s discoveries.

Relaxation and wellness are given a clear focus through features such as a hot tub, a common space to unwind, and outdoor areas like the garden and terrace. The opportunity to rent bicycles adds a dynamic element to relaxation by turning a stay into an easy, active exploration of the local surroundings. This combination of wellness features and outdoor spaces makes Ahiyan Hotel a thoughtful choice for travelers who want to balance comfort with opportunities to enjoy fresh air and light activity.

Who this hotel is ideal for asks similar questions: Are you seeking a serene base near a historic site with easy access to outdoor spaces? Do you value free private parking and reliable WiFi? Is a warm, intimate setting with room for up to four guests important for your plans? If so, Ahiyan Hotel answers these needs well. It is especially suited to couples and small families who want a relaxed atmosphere, simple but comfortable rooms, and convenient options for daily breakfasts and light in-room beverages. It is also a good pick for travellers who prefer to explore on their own, using the bicycle rental option to move between Uchisar’s attractions at a gentle pace.

Practical details that matter: Check in from 14:00 to midnight and check out from 11:00 to 12:00, providing flexibility for late arrivals or longer mornings. The hotel’s policy shows a focus on family friendliness and accessibility, with no pets allowed, a clear occupancy limit of four guests, and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available nearby without the need for a reservation, adding further convenience for guests arriving by car. Altogether, Ahiyan Hotel offers a compact but well rounded stay that pairs a strategic location with comforting spaces, practical amenities, and a cordial, low key atmosphere that helps guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
