The mattress and bedding were excellent

Vanessa 9.0

We requested a quiet room and were given one at the back of the property, which was wonderfully peaceful throughout the night—even with the window open. The room was beautifully decorated, warm, and cozy, making our stay very comfortable. The property is located just 40 minutes walking distance from Edinburg city center.

So convenient to get around Edinburgh. Very clean and close to restaurants.

Ailisha 8.0

We loved the location and the view of the place. It close by to the main part of the city. Can take a 20 min bus ride to the city which comes often. The view of the room we had was of Arthur seat which was great to see in the morning. The room and the bathroom was clean. We didn’t mind not seeing any staff and was easy to grab the keys and check out

Douglas 9.0

We had two separate bookings, interrupted by a 2-day highland tour, and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff on our return. It was very clean and comfortable, and located on convenient bus routes to Edinburgh city centre.
