Hotel novo, muito capricho, tudo pensado para ser perfeito
Ich habe das Hotel gebucht bevor es eröffnet war und dementsprechend keine Fotos oder Reviews von Reisenden gelesen. Alles war wunderbar,das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle sind sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück vielfältig, das Abendessen im schönen Restaurant ausgeprochen köstlich. Man kann das Hotel rundum empfehlen.

Schon beim Check-in hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals sehr beeindruckt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und haben sich um jedes Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war tadellos – Zimmer, Bad und Gemeinschaftsbereiche wurden stets perfekt gereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und gemütlich gestaltet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass das Hotel tierfreundlich ist. Lediglich eine Mitarbeiterin wollte anfangs, dass die Katze sich nicht im Gemeinschaftsbereich aufhält. Nachdem wir dies bemerkt und angesprochen hatten, erklärte sie, dass wir es wohl missverstanden hätten, und entschuldigte sich – die Reaktion war in Ordnung. Für die Zukunft wäre es schön, wenn man hier einfach etwas mehr darauf achtet. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich werde bestimmt noch einmal hierher zurückkehren.

リニューアルして最高に綺麗になったホテルです。リゾートとしてホテル内で過ごせるためのプールやクラブハウス、ラウンジもあります。さらには、ホテルの方にお願いすれば案内してくれる屋上（正確にはケーブの丘のてっぺん）からは手つかずの大自然の谷が見え、サンライズ、サンセットも楽しめます。カッパドキアの中では観光地に振り切っていない分、ローカルに即したお土産の買い物がしやすいユルギュップに少し歩けば行けますし、その途中にはきれいなハマムもあります。どちらかというと、熟年の落ち着いた雰囲気の方々よりも、若い感性へのオシャレ寄りの方に特にお勧めです。 トルコのホテルはいずれもホスピタリティに溢れているのですが、こちらのホテルのスタッフさんもすぐにゲストの顔を覚えてくれて、とても心地よく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Luxury feeling
Booking.com was a breeze, and I was able to secure a discounted airport-to-hotel transfer 2 days before our arrival, the hotel reached out to us via email/ whatsapp asking if we had any special requests (bedding or room setup). This attention to detail was impressive, and they truly catered to every need. The hotel is located in the first strip of cave hotels in Ürgüp, directly opposite Utopia Hotel. (walking distance to the town) We were warmly welcomed by Gigi and the manager, who gave us a tour of the hotel. The design of the hotel is stunning & instagrammable (great lighting and beautiful plantscapes) The view of the town from the 2nd floor is mesmerizing. The ambience of our cave room was serene & relaxing. The beds were comfortable and we’re offered different pillow options. We received complimentary bottled water, cookies & strawberries-thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spacious with a tiled bathtub. The water was heated, & the room also had a bidet spray :) There were eco-friendly tissue supplies, a hairdryer, a large mirror (which was perfect for my makeup routine) towels, slippers, and bathrobes were provided--even had slippers in my son’s size. Plus points: -very secure, w/ surveillance cameras and guards conducting checks. -cozy room bar filled with local products-- tea, sweets, and other Turkish goodies. -lights in the room are adjustable, and the TV channels were decent, though it would have been nice to have some English-language cable channels. -hotel has a playroom that my son absolutely loved. (board games, a playstation, and a lounge area with toilet) -common area with fireplace and ambient music -star-gazing zone, located right above the hotel. -Bilingual & friendly Staff: Gigi and Aziz at the reception was very helpful in sharing the list of activities and helping us plan our days; Shaima and Horzan at the restaurant were very accommodating explained the menu. -Delicious breakfast (thanks chef)
