Location is the best, walking distance to the observation deck to see hot air balloons, they are very well observed from my rooms own terrace. Very friendly staff that helped me arrange tours and taxi with great ease. Room is very spacious and clean!

Beyond amazing, everything you could ask for and more. Staff are so friendly, go above and beyond. Rose & Kubra were especially great, nothing was too much trouble. Room is huge, being able to stay in a cave was sensational. Bathroom is also bigger than most hotel rooms, with a bath, which was awesome after a big day. Large range at breakfast buffet, food delicious and fresh. Hotel pets just made my stay completely perfect.

Was clean beautifully located- had a great roof top bar that made outstanding cocktails. Highly recommend

We could not have chosen a more perfect hotel for our stay in Cappadocia! The rooms built in the caves are simply impressive. They were very cozy and very clean. There is also an AC and everything in the minibar is for free. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. They organized the green tour and the balloon flight for us as well as the airport shuttle. You could rely on everything and paying in € is also possible - generally you get a discount when you pay in cash (€/$ or Turkish Lira). Staff was always replying fast on WhatsApp when we had questions or asked for restaurant recommendations. The location is in walking distance to everything. The rooftop bar with live music every night is amazing and also prices are reasonable. And the turkish hamam spa was incredible, definitely a must!

The hotel is amazing. Great location, incredible view, spacious room, and perfect service. We also tried the hamman massage in the hotel spa and had a very nice relaxing time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Artemis in Cappadocia. The Pigeon Nest Suite was adorable—charming, cozy, and full of character. The views were stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth and hospitality truly stood out.

Excellent location with stunning views of the city and hot air balloons. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice temperanture. The rooftop is just amazing! Dont miss the live music during sunset. It is very special and the best in Goreme. The food of the rooftop is also nice. We also tried the hamam which was a very nice experience. A traditional turkish hamam with sauna, steam bath and massage of your choice. Highly recommended. The breakfast is simple but nice. The staff is very friendly and always available to help.

Everything. The staff were fantastic especially Rose who was so enthusiastic, personable and gave great recommendations. There are 3 resident gorgeous dogs to fuss over and the views are spectacular as it is the highest point in Goreme. They give a complimentary bottle of wine which was lovely to enjoy on the comfy sofa outside our room at sunset. The room was elegant and very comfortable.

Breakfast was great, full spread, alot of options. Everything was fresh daily.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. One thoughtful gesture that stood out was when they prepared a lunch box for us because we had an early flight and couldn’t make it to breakfast—such attention to detail really made a difference. Speaking of breakfast, it was amazing: fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Our room had a unique charm, being set within a cave, which added a special touch to the overall experience and made our stay feel even more memorable.
