Guest Reviews
Extremely convenient location with a lovely sea view the manager leo was one of the most polite people I’ve met and went out his way to help return a left item
The view, the bed, the TV, the shower room , the location
Perfect for solo travelers. Leo was friendly and efficient. His full English breakfast was excellent and nourishing. The bed was comfortable, the shower water hot and the room nice and quiet. My room overlooked the sea and the Brighton Pier. The hotel is perfectly positioned to explore the Lanes for a great shopping experience.
I had two or three breakfasts at the hotel in the front dining room. The food was hot and very delicious. Nice portions with toast., Very nice and reasonably priced. The location was right in the heart of all the activity. Restaurants nearby, seaquarium right across the street as well as the lovely pier and walking distance to the Lanes shopping area and taverns and the Pavilion. Leo, the manager, made some suggestions of which one i took. I took the Bus to Eastbourne one day while i was there a week and enjoyed all of the many stops. I took i thinnk bus #13. Leo told me to take Bus 12 which i took on the way back to Brighton. I enjoyed passing Beachy Head and all of the people there walking along a high path above the white chalk cliffs. Very Interesting. Walking around Eastbourne was very nice and enjoyed walking along the seafront and seeing their pier as well eventho it wasn't as nice as Brighton's. Fully enjoyed. Leo was an excellent host.
Although the room was small, it was impeccably clean and more than adequate. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you needed.
Just by the seafront & easy to commute everywhere.
Great location with a lovely view of the pier. Close to the shops and places to eat. Ideal for me as I was visiting the Brighton Centre and Royal Pavilion which were both within easy walking distance.
It’s a little gem with wonderful sea views. In Kemptown , close to bars, cafes - so a really great location. very good value. Leo the owner is a gentle, warm and kind soul. I wanted a quiet room and he made sure the room was quite wonderful and quiet! Nothing was too much trouble.
Location, clean, good for solo booking!
Clean, comfortable, great location. Leo was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent location on the seafront just a few minutes walk to the pier, and about the same walk from the bus terminal. Very friendly welcome, nice, basic but very clean rooms. We decided to have breakfast on our last morning, this was well priced, very nice and served with a huge smile. Will definitely stay here again.
Great manager and staff! Additionally, very close to the beach and shops. Would highly recommend Atlantic Seafront to anyone whom visits Brighton.
Review: I had a really great stay here at such an affordable price! The location was perfect – easy access to the bus for Seven Sisters Country Park, and the Jetty is right across the street with fun rides. Seaworld is also just across the road, which would be perfect for the kids. The shopping precinct was only a short walk away, with plenty of food options and shops 🛍. If you’re into nightlife, there are heaps of bars and clubs around for a fun night out. There are some fancy restaurants around too which look cool! Breakfast at the hotel was cheap and tasty, a great way to start the day. The place was quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night sleep, and the facilities were excellent and just what I needed. The tv was also easy to use! I even got Uber Eats delivered one night with no issues – super convenient for a lazy evening in. Overall, a fantastic stay and great value for money!
It is convenient to walk to all the places of interest. We did have a see view. It was clean and well cared for.
Nice Location Good Quality Breakfast
Position
Fantastic place to stay. Leo could not have been more helpful. This is not the most modern place to stay but if you prefer large rooms, comfortable beds, soft towels and plenty of hot water, great customer service, fab Wi-fi, exceptional cleanliness throughout and good value for money for an exceptional location in central Brighton then this is the place for you. If you stay and you have a car, ask Leo for a permit to park near the hotel, he can arrange it for a small fee and you'll save money on parking. At the back of the Hotel are some really good bistro style restaurants and many small supermarkets.
Hotel and room was spotless room was cleaned every day Leo the manager was very helpful in places to visit and where to get buses for trips we had planned Hotel was well situated for pier and the town centre and railway station
Would have preferred a quorn vegi sausage rather then one with vegetables in it
Excellent breakfast. Small room but functional.

From here you can stroll to the heart of the city in minutes, with a mix of clubs, restaurants and bars lining the street. The guesthouse offers a simple, comfortable base for a Brighton break, with nine rooms quietly reflecting the nautical setting outside. Free WiFi keeps you connected as you plan daily trips along the coast or a night out in the town. Location and surroundings are a true asset. Being opposite the pier gives guests instant access to Brighton’s waterfront energy and attractions, while the short walk to the city centre means you can dip into independent shops, cafes and cultural venues without relying on transport. The Marine Parade address places you on a bustling seaside promenade where the sea breeze, boardwalk ambiance and sunset hues create a distinctly coastal mood. It is the sort of location that appeals to travelers who want to pack in both beach life and urban exploration in a compact, walkable package. The beach experience is at the heart of a stay here. Guests wake to the sea just steps away and can head straight onto the sand or the pebbled shore as the day begins. The seafront setting also invites leisurely strolls along the promenade, with sea views shaping the rhythm of mornings and evenings. Several rooms are described as sea facing, offering visual access to the horizon and the passing rhythms of the coastline. Even when indoors, the proximity to the water creates a refreshing mood, whether you are enjoying a morning coffee, a late nap with the window open, or a sunset view that captures the light over the water. Room comfort focuses on practicality and coastal charm. The property comprises nine rooms, each crafted to provide a straightforward, restful retreat after a day on the town or by the sea. Contemporary touches appear in the form of flat screen digital televisions in some sea facing rooms, which means you can unwind with your preferred programs after a day of exploring Brighton. The accommodation benefits from reliable free WiFi, so streaming, browsing and staying connected with friends back home are easy at any hour. While the exact interior layout varies by room, guests can expect a clean, well kept space designed to support a comfortable stay close to the water. The overall vibe is one of uncomplicated comfort rather than luxurious excess, which is well suited to guests who want a pragmatic base from which to enjoy Brighton’s coastline and city life. When it comes to food and drink, the hotel places you in an area rich with options. The central location means a wide choice of nearby eateries, from casual seaside cafes to modern bistros and traditional pubs. After a day of sightseeing or shopping, you can pick a venue within a short stroll to suit your mood and appetite. While there is no explicit on site restaurant listed in the available data, guests enjoy easy access to places to eat along the seafront and in the city centre, ensuring you can plan breakfasts, lunches and dinners that match your itinerary and pace. Family friendliness and activities are clearly shaped by house policies. The property does not accommodate children, with a minimum check in age of 18 and no cots or extra beds available. The maximum occupancy per room is four guests, which keeps stays intimate and manageable for adults traveling together or solo travelers seeking a social base. This makes Atlantic Seafront an ideal choice for couples, groups of friends or solo travelers who want to be at the heart of Brighton’s energy without a large, impersonal hotel environment. The lack of children friendly facilities is balanced by the vibrant local scene and the convenience of being just steps from the beach and central attractions. Relaxation and entertainment flow from the seafront location. Visitors can take long, restorative walks along the shore, enjoy the ever changing light over the water, or sit back and watch the bustle along Brighton Pier. The nearby nightlife, clubs and bars provide evening entertainment that complements a day spent exploring the city and coast. For those seeking wellness inspired getaways, the proximity to the coast invites a natural routine of fresh air and outdoor time, while the comfortable rooms offer a quiet place to unwind after a busy day. The hotel positions itself as a practical, well located base for a city break at the edge of the sea, rather than a destination focused on luxury amenities alone. Who this hotel is ideal for will be clear to travelers who want a straightforward, well located seafront stay. It appeals to adults seeking a convenient base to explore Brighton’s waterfront and city centre without the formality of a large hotel. Couples looking for easy access to beaches, sunsets and a lively promenade will appreciate the sea facing rooms and the sense of being part of the coastal mood. Solo travelers who value connectivity and a central location will find the free WiFi and nearby dining options especially appealing. In short, Atlantic Seafront offers a practical, friendly, seafront experience that suits travelers who want to be where the action is while enjoying a comfortable and uncomplicated retreat by the sea.
